Development Roadmap – June 2017

Welcome to the June 2017 Development blog, and many apologies for the delay in producing it this month. We’d been working hard on some of our offline activities, and the work we do with Classic Car Clubs, but we’ve been producing some great functionality in the background! As ever, let’s take a look back at what we completed in May

– We migrated all parts of the site (instead of just checkout/members area) to https so you can browse in safety and comfort
– We moved the databases to different servers, to improve response speeds
– We have looked at different table tools, to be able to do more with the data and analytics
– We’ve fixed some bugs (damn those pesky things!) so hopefully your general experience will also be much improved

This month we’re looking at a range of functionality improvements:

1. Improve functionality and features for the auction houses we work with, including promoting individual houses
2. Add more features around the saved searches, so you can do more with the cars you save, and start to build out your library
3. Allow us to edit the names of the lots, and add in alternative names so in time you will be able to search for an R107 instead of an SL!

Hope you enjoy the updates, and as ever, if you have any comments please get in touch!
