Development Roadmap – May 2017

Welcome to the May 2017 version of our development roadmap, but as always, before we get into what’s coming up, let’s take a look at what we completed in April

– import/export is ready. This means we can take in data from auction houses and other sources that’s not available or published online! So if you run an auction house and want to get your results out there, but can’t publish on your own site, please send them over. All we need is an Excel file or similar.
– we are adding more and more features to our sign up levels, to allow clear differentiation between what you get for what you pay.
– there are now thumbnail images for the cars shown when you are subscribed, so it is even easier to see what has been at auction.
– we have built the tools needed to save searches, so you can start to build out a much more personalised experience on the site.

May is a month of consolidation (as our cover image suggests) – having leapt up to nearly 80,000 auction results, with bringing some big houses on board, we need to do some work on making sure the search can be as fast as possible, and also improving the user experience on the site. This also gives us time to bed in our new features, and see how users – you guys, the most important people of all – actually respond. There’s no point in us continually adding new things without great feedback coming in.

With that in mind, please do send us any feedback you have, it continues to be the best source of inspiration for our innovations! So please do get in touch with any comments or feedback!
